Mandatory Length for Conical Section?

Hi,

Is there any mandatory length for designing a conical secion? For example the total height of the vessel is 1450mm, what would be the recommended or mandatory height for the conical length/height?

Height of cone is depends on the cone apex angle. Apex angle is 60 degrees in most cases.
