Mandrel Grip force Calc

Good evening all, I am in the process of designing an insert type mandrel (My first) and require what I hope is a simple calc.

The mandrel had a body Dia OD 60mm, with five inserts. These inserts have a 7 deg angle base which matched to a horizontal wedge plunger with the matching angle.

I want to calculate the outward force of the insert, when I know the given horizontal pullback from my hydraulic cylinder. I can then change the force of the cylinder to get the required clamping force.

I've attached a piccy if it helps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
