Manufacturer of Sleeves for mounded storage bullet nozzles

Hi friends,
We are trying to locate manufacturers who can supply sleeves (see the attached file) for the nozzles of mounded storage bullets as per EEMUA-190.
If anyone here knows such manufacturers, plese guide me.

Try searching pipe sleeves through walls.

Or just make one out of PE.

If you can install this before welding on the flange would help to avoid having to have a split sleeve.
