Manufacturing, 4 axis sweeping with HSM issue?

When using a 4 axis sweeping operation with HSM between pass links the posted program has additional points during the HSM movements. E.g.the program has an x,y,z position then the same x,y,z position with an a and c move. This is repeated for each position of the HSM move. These additional points cause our machines to slow dramatically! This only happens when the drive is a curve and is not a post processor issue as the movments are also in the .apt file generated by Catia. Has anyone else had this issue or have any tip to fix it?
