Look at the attached picture. which is the best practice to make tool (in my case T-cutter with diameter of 100mm) feel material? I think you will understand what i meen from the picture.

Can't really tell from your picture and your "feel" description. Are you wanting the tool to undercut a wall? If so, (unless there is some new technology here...) Cavity Mill can only "see" down the tool axis. (I'm still on NX6)

"feel" material I mean, then the cuter does not touch material (there is no material to removing), it should return to the start point.
