Marine (Boat) Pneumatic/Oil Injection Valve for identification

A client of ours has presented me with the attached valve. It has no identifying marks but appears to be a simple 3/2 pneumatic valve mounted above a diaphragm valve with a Oil Injection Port. It has a marine boat application and all ports are 1/4"

Does anyone know where I can source one of these valves
