Doe’s anyone know where I can get information regarding the responsibilities and liabilities of marina owners.
My slip renewal is up and a new owner has taken over. The disclaimers and requirements the contract contains make it sound as if they can do anything they want and it is at my risk.
I am on the Mississippi river above St. Louis if that matters.
