We are an ASME Certified Pressure Vessel Shop.
Our Customer has asked us to provide an ASME B31.3 Piping System.
They have indicated that the system design is for Normal Fluid Service.
We have supplied spools for the in them in the past, designed and fabricated per B31.3, and have marked the spools with our own serial number that tracks them back to the drawing and design calcs.
Is this sufficient marking for an ASME B31.3 Piping System?
