Material Alternative for Nylon 6 Gear

Is there a recommended alternative material to replace Nylon 6 in a gear design? I would like to use a material that is not as sensitive to moisture as Nylon.

Acetal, also called Polyoxymethylene (POM), is the other resin commonly used for plastic gears. Ticona Celcon, BASF Ultraform, and DuPont Delrin are various tradenames for acetal.
