Hello,
I am going to manufacture a mold for refractory casting. I would like to get your idea about material.

1-) Aluminate cement heats up to 80 degree at casting, so material should stand it.
2-) It is like wet concrete (during casting) so material shouldn't take much water and get useless.
3-) Shouldn't have chemical reactions easily and not stick material. ( to remove product easily )
4-) A cheap material is a plus because mold is big, around 1000mm*800*500 mm.

I was planning for PTFE and UHMW but they both are kinda expensive.

I will be glad to have some help.
