Material Knock Down Factors

I have been trying to find a document that includes a chart for elevated temperature knockdown factors. What I am looking for is the knock for Fcy at 250 F for 7075-T73X, 7075-T62, and most importantly 301 1/4 hard stainless. I have looked all version of the MMPDS, some of the older MIL Handbook revisions, the ASM volume, and other docs. I can't seem to find the data anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can obtain this data?
