Material Part Disposition Codes - Dealing with multiple codes against one part?

Hello, Is it possible for when a change notice is implemented against a part for a design change, that the part can have multiple material part disposition codes? See the sample table image attached. I am trying to implement in PLM tool Teamcenter. I know you can have a part that has rework chosen and that it could apply to in field and in stock parts, but can a part have rework and scrap applied via Teamcenter? Any information is most helpful.
