Material properties causing problems in UG?

I have recently run into some memory error (violations) in NX3 that I have been able to trace back to some material properties I have assigned to parts.

In digging through the file, I found that NX3 is loosing some of the materials from the library, and basically corrupts the entire part.

Has anyone else seen this, or had this problem? I'd like to get a feel for whether or not someone else is running across this before I call GTAC.

I read a post on bbsnotes board & saw that someone who was converting between inch & metric units had problems, but that was within NX2. Other than that I haven't heard anything else.
