Material Properties of AF1, M2 and D2 Carbide/Tool Steel

Hi there,

Could someone help me in finding Material Properties of AF1,M2 and D2 Carbide/Tool Steels? Particularly Poisson's Ratio, CTE, Modulus of Elasticity and S-N Diagram?
We are doing fatigue analysis simulation using ANSYS Software and these data are relevant for accurate results.
Kindly Advice.
