Mathcad 14 Unknown Runtime Error

Every 30 minutes or so I get the following error:

An unknown runtime error occurred. Exiting....

Click OK and another message comes up:

The instruction at 0x7C910466 referenced memory at 0x01e70586. The memory could not be "read".

Anyone ever had a reocurring error like this?? Help would be greatly appreciated

Could be a bad RAM chip. Back in the old days of 64K memories, I used to get memory errors a lot and had to track down what chip to replace. Once I had a Visicalc spreadsheet that had certain cells with errors that I could trace to a bad memory chip.
