MathCad Iteration Loop

I am looking for a better way to solve this iteration loop. I was hoping to use one of the programming functions but I have not been successful.

I am solving for Tho by using an energy balance (Qh=Qc=m` x Cp x dT) with Cp as a funtion of temperature

It takes about 3 or 4 iterations to get it narrowed down to the right value. You can play around with it by changing any of the input temperatures

You're supposed to use a Solve Block, and it'll iterate on its own, but I can't quite figure out what equation you're trying to solve. Attached is my best guess:
