Mathcad Prime 2.0 vs Mathcad 14 exponentiation keyboard shortcut issue

Hello,

I used Mathcad throughout the years and was thinking it was time for an update. However when I input the exact same keyboard strokes in Prime 2.0 I don't get the exponentation function...

Any Ideas?

Mathcad Prime is NOT the same as the original Mathcad. Nonetheless, I don't have any problem with that particular operation.

I've resolved it.. Its apparently a IBM Thinkpad X61T specific issue.. For some reason I need to hold the ALT key when hitting the exponent shortcut in Prime 2.0.
Yes I've read on the Prime version and most users agree it lost allot of functionality vs. the Mathcad 15 version. I'll give it a try and will find out quickly if I can delete the previous versions or I should keep them
