Hi All!

I have done various searches here on this forum but have been unable to find this information...

How can I find the maximum cutting depth in a particular tool path so that I can incorporate that data into my shop documentation?

I am currently running 64bit NX7.0, soon to upgrade to NX7.5.

Thanks Beforehand!

If you are looking for one of the depth per cut parameters in the operation, you can access all the operation parameters in shop docs - turn on the review tool and you will see everything available.

If you are looking for the minimum Z in the tool path, then you need to postprocess to get that value.

This has been discussed a few times on the NX CAM forum.

I am indeed looking for the minimum Z in the toolpath.
Could you please direct me to the "NX CAM" forum?

Thanks Beforehand!
