Maximum displacement value keeps changing

Hi all,

I am currently performing FEA analysis on a weldment. I filleted all the sharp edges yet my solution is not converging - the stress keeps fluctuating and maximum displacement keeps increasing. How do I get a converged solution?

 

[FEA way]

By increasing mesh density locally and running the analysis again until the results converge. It's useful to make a plot of the result of interest vs mesh size.
