mazak cutting conditions please 1

Hi can anyone send me cutting conditions and tips for cutting 10 mm and 12 mm mild steel as the lad that runs our laser has left at short notice and thrown me in at the deep end (i must keep that red light flashing)and am having a few problems (bad finishes) i am running a mazak 1500w x48 champion loads of thanks

Harvey- here are some cutting programs for 3/8 and 1/2" steel. Sheet heating is a major problem so stagger the order of your parts across the sheet. If you would like more cut conditions, post your e-mail and I will send a file to you.
