Mazak VQC 20/40B lost data

The parameters has been lost on Mazak VQC 20/40 B due to a dead battery. Machine turns on but the screen shows nothing, then after 3-4 minutes some parameters appears but keyboard does not work. How to restore the data?
Any help will be appreciated.
