MBR Permeate conductivity high

Hi All
Ours is Grain industry and we are receiving high BOD ,COD approx 3000-4000,also conductivity, normally our feed water conductivity is 1000,but after the MBR treatment conductivity increases to 3000,which gives a high RO conductivity as well, Just wondering what causing the MBR permeate conductivity increase?is anything i can do to reduce the MBR conductivity? I am dosing Sodium hypochlorite to the MBR permeate tank, no other chemical to MBR.

The conductivity should drop across the MBR.

Get lab tests done in distilled water with a series of hypochlorite concentrations, at your service temperature.

Thanks, I just got the test results and looks like Sulphate level is gone really high on MBR permeate(450g/L) just wondering what cause the sulphate increase?
