If the Miniature Circuit breaker which is made for voltage 220 V DC & if the Power circuit is such that it is supplied with 120 V Dc.Is there any problem or it will not work

It will work. The voltage rating is simply the maximum the unit can safely interrupt.

Make sure that you also check the interrupting rating (kA). Just because the voltage is lower doesn't mean that the current is necessarily going to follow.
