Hello All,

Our facility is a natural gas processing plant. We have many inlets with gas, condensate, and water coming in from the field.
In the past year, we have noticed plugging of the condensate Stabilization system, specifically the trays on the Stabilizer tower.
This caused a shutdown of the system for cleaning. Upon testing of the solids, it was found to be 96% Dithiazine, which is a byproduct of Triazine.
Talking with some process engineers they said to stop injecting it into the stream. I wish it was that easy, there are thousands of wells and many owners.
I have been trying to research if there are "manual" tests that can detect Triazine, but not having much luck. Have any of you experienced dealing with Triazine > Dithiazine?
I thank you for taking the time to read my post. If you do not want to comment or share your experience that is ok, I understand.
Stay safe out there.
Cheers
