When measuring COG is it possible to do it for selected or local CSYS? The only result that I can get is in respect to main CSYS. What is purpose of object to measure CSYS in measure dialog box?

The csys option in the measure dialog allows you to measure w.r.t. the absolute coordinate system or the work coordinate system (WCS). If you want to measure w.r.t. a datum csys, you can right click on it and use "set WCS to datum csys" to move the WCS and then use the WCS option in the measure dialog. I think that if you want the measure to be associative, you need to measure to the absolute, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Thanks, maybe I'm being missing something but how can this be used for custom COG.

It might depend on what you mean by "custom COG", but I'd suggest using the absolute csys. The COG point location can then be transformed into any coordinate system of your choice.

Do you know how to place an associative point at the COG so you can see exactly where it is ?

Yeah ,that's not the problem here.

@cowski

Thanks for recommendation.

I believe the issue here is you want the COG to be measured relative to another CSYS such as the WCS.
After the associative point is placed on the COG you can use the Measure Tool to get what you want.
