If you select two cyclinders that are not concentric it tells you the distance between the axes calling it "centre distance"
but when the cylinders are concentric it uses the same term "center distance" and gives you the distance from one of the cylinder to the opposite end of the other cylinder (rather than centre distance = zero), plus some dimensions based on the xyz planes of the assembly file which in my case are meaningless.

Did this tool ever tell you if the parts were concentric? I have some idea that it once did...

It may have in the past... but my guess is not. There is also a "Hole Alignment" tool. Within this measurement tool, you can set a "misalignment" value and select pairs of holes to confirm they are within the aceptable tolerance.

If you make that value extremely small, then you know they are nearly perfectly concentric. Not as good as know that they are perfectly concentric... but pretty good.

"misalignment" above should have been "Hole center deviation"
