Measurement annotations display in NX 1919

Hi, I am using NX 1919. When we have a section in 3D, and tried to measure a distance with the display annotation option on. The measurements are not showing properly i.e, they seems they are not on section plane. Is there any settings to solve this? Also the measurements becomes tiny when zoomed out, which was not the case in earlier versions.
