Mecanum Wheels

Anyone have some tips or any information (not from Wikipedia...) regarding design of mecanum wheels?

Full paper is available, and it in-turn has more references that would appear informative.

I have looked at that paper and the references. They are mostly about the control of robotic platforms with mecanum wheels rather than their design.

A Google search turned up a U-tube video on how they work and two different sites on how to design them.

ummm ... the point of my post was that I went to Google and entered the two words "mechanum wheels" and explored more than the first hit.

Sorry to seem mean, but if you can't do a Google search and have to be spoon fed the name of the site that provided design information, then designing is probably not the best field for you.
