Medium Voltage Splices

1. Does anyone know if medium voltage compression lugs for medium voltage splices should be UL467 listed? I have a contractor with lugs that do not appear to be UL 467 listed but are UL 468A & 468B listed.

2. Anyone know of a good tutorial vidoe showing how to make medium voltage splices (5kv range)

Basic video, the manufacturer of the splice kit should have videos on line as well, depending on the OEM
