Megger BITE3 issues

Megger BITE3 reads "Out of range" when measuring cell and strap impedance. Cell voltage readings are within range 12-13vdc. The strap connectors are not solid bus bar, rather the standard battery cables in parallel (2) per post. How do I resolve the "Out of Range" issue? All (40) batteries are displaying the same message.

What type batteries?
What voltage does the megger put out?
Can the batteries handle that voltage?
PPl maybe concerned about the safety of this.
