Melt crystallizer

Can anyone send me draft P&ID of a static melt crystallizer used in commercial stage for knowing proper instrumentation and operation? Also please share if any major equipment fault you have encountered or mistakes made too often that you think. Currently in India, this tech is not used much and not had a brief technical discussion with anyone.
Want to know if it's a success if anyone is using it although depends on the material
