So when you add your parts list you get this error?

I'm not sure what version your on but I know I used to get that error. I know this is going to sound stupid but give it a try.

After you do the clean up save and exit. Then bring ug and under costomer defaults -->gerenral -->undo (tab)change the undo file size to 4057.
I know this fixed my problem after talking to Gtac

Then bring you parts up and try your parts list again..

Are you using a template parts list. Or are you importing one as a part to a drafting sheet?

Version is NX3. I am getting the error when I try to add my cusotm parts list template to a drawing sheet. Will try the above and see what happens. The undo size of 4057 sounds familar from many years ago. Will keep you posted.

Are you on the latest MP of NX3?

Something else you could try that works well for me is open a drawing that has your BOM on it already and export a part pick the BOM to be exported. Then in the file you are trying to creat it in import that part containing the BOM.

This is how I always creat my BOM. I've had less errors this way.
