How could I bring the Menu tool on my display (like in the attached picture)?

Right click on an empty space on a ribbon, check Top Border Bar

The first thing I do after installing NX for someone is to go to the roles tab and set content -> advanced. This will add the menu to your top border bar, expand all dialogs, and show more commands in the GUI. Note, however, that this action will overwrite any customization that you have added to your GUI. So, you may not want to invoke it at this point.
