Hello,
I need to merge 20 parts from assembley design to one solid part, so the model can be 3D printed.
I tried option "Generate part from product", but the files are still not connected into one inseparable part.
I've also tried to make 3dxml model and save it as STEP, but it doesen't work that way.

Did anyone ever had probloems with that and found the solution?
Regards, Dann

once you have all solid into one CATPart, make the (main) Body active and select all other Bodies, and use boolean operation "add"

itsmyjob, Thank you!

I think, that will be great solution!

No, parts in the tree could still be disassembled. With boolean operation all becomes one part that can't be disassembled.
At first I generated part from multiple parts, and then with boolean operation I merged all in one part.
