mergeing nodes of a discrete rigid body and a deformable body

I have an discrete rigid orphan mesh and a deformable body orphan mesh that have coincident nodes I want to merge these nodes without converting these parts to a discrete rigid part what should I do?

Please guide me.

If you merge nodes from a deformable body with those of a rigid body then those completely merged deformable elements will become rigid too. Why not jsut tie the nodes together?

because when I use tie constraint I will encounter overconstraint problem due to my model has surface to surface contact and accelaration boundray conditions too

If you have contact then there shouldn't be a problem. Contact will effectively tie the degrees of freedom together that act in the line of force. If you were to merge them then all dof would effectively be tied, which would give the wrong results tangential to that line.
