Metal Cutting Simulation (Explicit - ABAQUS or LS-DYNA)

Hi Guys,

I need to performance one Metal Cutting Simulation using FEA and I would like to know if someone has this kind of knowledge. In fact, I know I have to use the EXPLICIT mode and the better for it are ABAQUS and LS-DYNA. There some technical papers showning ALE method, SPH method, and etc. Academics people like more Abaqus, but the Explicit mode of LS-Dyna is most used (Crash tests, for example).
Boths are great software, but I am looking for the best one!
