I know this has been asked before but...
Where can I find a simple Hole and Shaft metric (iso) tolerance chart without paying $50 for the official paperwork?

In the Machinery's Handbook. Good selection of ISO fits is also in any bearing company's catalog including the charts with tolerances for bores/shafts. If you need some specific tolerances like 50H5 or whatever, poste it here, I'll post the exact tolerances for you.
