Seems like you want to use it for SCADA purpose. You can either do it through communication or wire in the Open and Closing aux. relay contacts as a digital inputs and then in the logic you can set it.
at the substation when I work, micom p132 relays are used only for protection purpose but it can be used for operation commands as open and close CB command so I want to know how to configure the relay for that purpose?
