Hi, I'm new to Orcad layout and I'm having a problem creating a footprint for an right angle edge mictor connector - TycoAmp 767143-2. It has slots in it that go on the edge of the board. The slots lead to plated through holes for the ground connection of the center of the Mictor connector. What is the best way to make the slots? Should I use a cad program to do a board outline with the slots and not worry about them in the footprint (only make round through holes at the right place)? You can see a pdf of the connector at :

I'm also using another Mictor connector 767054-1. On the Tyco web site there is a footprint but it is in the iges format. Is there an easy way to change this footprint so it can be imported into layout?
Thank you for any information.
