Rule of thumb when I was in a combat engineer was one ton per square foot ground pressure.

As KThompson said, USACE is your best bet. I have a FM (Field Maunal) that has hundreds of pages of appendicees for EAl's and other data of about every military aircraft, tank, vehichle, railcars with 35mm guns mounted on them, etc. I don't have the manual in reach at the moment, but I know the name is something along the lines of "Highway Design in the Theater of Operations".
