If I have some bends with the grain and some against the grain what is the minimum bend radius for 5052-H32 aluminum sheet that has a thickness of .125 inches? I want to make sure that we have no cracks at all.

Thanks for your help.

From my experiences with 5052-H32, you want to stay around 2-3T.

Have you read faq731-376 to make the best use of Eng-Tips Forums?

ASM Handbook, Volume 14B shows for AA 5052 H32 temper , a 2t bend radius for 0.125" thick sheet. I would start here.
