Hi,

What is minimum concrete compressive strength required before a concrete block (2mx2mx2m) is lifted using a crane at 3 days without causing damages or broken edges.

I've seen 6,000 psi+ concrete broken due to poor lifting and handling. That said, I suspect the anchorage requirements of your lifters are going to dictate the strength at lifting. We'll need more details of how you're lifting this, what is involved in lifting it, and what's being used to lift it.

This is a kinda how long is a piece of string question, but...
we regularly make large precast concrete pieces and move them the next day, PSI after 1 day is around 3000.
However we treat these pieces very carefully, and chipping corners is a big concern. We use lots of polystyrene foam to buffer the pieces from hard impact.
