Dear All

We noticed that the Minimum Thickness of Flange for NPD30 Class 900 has changed to 129.4mm in Table 35, where it is 149.3mm in version 2017.
This is a significant change and is not consistent with the US Customary value in Table 35C of Version 2020 as well.
Anyone can share some insight about this change and Thank you in advance.

Good observation!

i suspect this is a typo and the ASME committee should be notified.

Refer to page viii for interpretations.

fyi, I've seen this before in AGA documentation which really baffled me for a month or so before i figured what transpired.

Thank you for the reply. just wondering no one has brought this up in this 3 years? Check the Errta page of ASME commitee page also.
I also think it is just a typo. :)
