missing data on U1

A customer is auditing all the code vessels on their site. they found a discrepancy on one of their starch reactors. the construction drawings show a dimpled water jacket(304 ss), the U-1 data sheet has nothing stating that there is a jacket of any sort on the vessel. the vessel was built in 1995,and the company that built the vessel is no longer in business. trying to work with my A.I. on this issue, but its a head scratcher, need some guidance on how to proceed.

One possible option is to search the “National Board #” on the pressure vessel name plate, and contact the NB Resigtration for any existed info regarding this vessel. It may need some time and effort for it but worked in the past.
