Missing parts when inserting into assembly

Hi,

I created a sub assembly with various parts in and inserted that sub assembly into a main assembly. In the main assembly I can see most of the parts, except one part is missing throughout the drawing. In the sub assembly I checked the lines are visible and I checked the part is in the same folder as both the sub assembly and main assembly.

Does anybody know what could be causing this?

Are there any layers turned off?

The layer is turned on and the missing part is in the same layer as the other parts (which are visible).
