Missing property definitions?

I have a model that is loaded through a Reference point. On the 1st run there are no problems & the results look reasonable.

So I then change the position of the Reference Point (no other change is made to the model) & a 2nd run is attempted which doesnt complete due to the following error,

2808010 elements have missing property definitions. The elements have been identified in element set ErrElemMissingSection.

This all the elements in the model & when I check the parts they all have section assignments, just like they did during the 1st run.

Running Abaqus 6.14-1 on Win 7 x64 machine.

I should note that I have used the exact same modelling protocol without any issues before

This might be the case of not defining constraint between reference point and the parts of the model. Check if those parts have been coupled properly with reference point again.
