Missing Stress Values in ASME II Part D 2

I had an enquiry from client where the shell material is requested to be: ASME-SA387 Gr9 Class 2 UNS K90941
This material exists under its own specification in ASME II Part A but no Stress values seem to be shown in ASME II Part D. The only closest thing available as plate is SA387 Gr 91 Class 2 UNS K90901.
There is a little difference in chemical composition between both alloys but why aren't stress values available for Gr.9 Class 2?
What could be the reason?

Many thanks!

The material is not approved for use when the stress values are not listed in ASME Section II, Part D

If your Code of Construction is ASME Section VIII, Division 1, go to UCS-6 and Table UCS-23. If your material is not listed in the table, then it is not an approved material.

Many thanks!
Highly appreciated!

There's one alternative (and one only AFAIK); ASME BPV Code Cases.
As far as I can tell, UNS K90941 isnt in the 2013 edition of the BPV. However, SA387 is covered in Code Case 2576 and 2630. You might want to review those.
