Mix design versus batching

Hello batchmen and technical services guys,

From your experience, how closely do the physical batches (batch ticket materials and weights) match the mix design? I guess water and chemicals can be variable and depends how automated your operations are? But otherwise what would you ballpark? Is this back-able by hard data?

They physical batches are fairly accurate... within a few percent, generally. The biggest problem, I think, is the moisture content of the sand and coarse aggregate.
