I'm sure you've found the answer by now but.....
mmBTU/hr, normally written MMBH (MBH being 1000's of Btu's/hr therefore MM is 1000 x 1000 = 1,000,000 btu/hr.
The actual heating value of natural gas varies depending upon it's source (it's a natural product, in my neck of the woods it's accurately 1,028 btu/ft^3, but most people use 1,000 btu/ft^3.
You would therefore divide by the heating value of natural gas 1,000,000 x 1,000 btu/ft^3 x 60min/hr to convert from hrs to minutes.
scfm = mmbtu per hr/(1,000 x 1,000 x 1,000 x 60)
