Please... Need help in the design of a valve for High temperature pressure applications i.e.
of the order of 1300 degrees 150 bar.
All suggestions are welcome . Please respond

i have been provided with this flow parameters,
it can be either on/off or flow control.
any suggestions?

First I would question the data. 1300 °C? What shall be the body material of a valve which can withstand this temperature against 150 bar? 1300 °C is higher than the melting point of a typical cast iron. I'm pretty sure 1300 °C is a mistake.

i think temperature is the main issue here.. not the pressure..
the conditions are high temperature gas applications.
I think my data is right.

Temperature goes along with pressure when you have to design something like a valve. Can you imagine of any material which can withstand this combination of temperature and pressure? Sorry, but you wrote "I think my data is right". Do you know for sure or do you just think?

I have to agree with micalbrch here....I have a large problem visualizing the the application.

The only thing that comes to mind is a solution with ceramic materials either complete, or as lining. If other (metallic) materials are to be used in addition, either sufficient cooling or insulation, or both, must be envisaged. Sizes are not mentioned here, but ceramic valves does exist for lower temperatures. This high? A needle-valve construction with a 90 degree-bend and the needle operated from the outside of the bend?
